SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Our shipping varies based on location within the United States from NYC, where our company is located. We do ask that after placing your order, to please allow 3 -7 business days for your parcels to ship. All items will be delivered with USPS. If you have not received your garment, please contact us right away!
We would also like our customers to remember how much shipping impacts our environment, please place all your orders with care, and for that we do ask our customers to cover the cost of shipping when returning a garment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges and any garments that should be returned, must be returned within 25 days of the arrival date of your package. Please be sure to place the slip with your order number inside your package.
Please note that all returned garments must be received at our warehouse in their original / unworn condition with all tags attached in order for the refund to be processed. We do have a quality check in place prior to accepting the return. Products that have been worn / altered or missing tags will not be eligible for refund.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for any reason.
